Hey, Im Rush. Whether you're lacing up for your first 5K, training for your first marathon, or chasing a Boston Qualifier, I can help you get there. Ive worked with beginners who just want to finish their first race and experienced runners looking to take it to the next level.
I wasn't a natural runner myself. In high school, I started at the bottom-slow, frustrated, and always feeling like I was behind. But I didn't quit. I worked my way up, walked onto a college team, and climbed the ranks again. I know what its like to struggle through running until it finally clicks.
Fast forward to today:
> I WON the Mt. Charleston Marathon
> I WON the Snow Canyon Half Marathon
> I placed 7th overall at the St. George Marathon
> And Im headed to Boston a mission to qualify for the Olympic Trials.
But here's the thing, my success wasn't luck. It came down to understanding what actually works to run faster, stay healthy, and enjoy the process (yes, even on those tough days).
Over the years, Ive helped hundreds of runners:
