    Are you looking to take your race times to the next level? From January 4th to February 27th the St. George Running Center is sponsoring an exclusive speed training camp led by Nike athlete Josh Thomson. This camp is designed to help runners improve their speed and power, whether youre training for a 1-mile race or a marathon. The program kicks off on January 4th with a 1-mile time trial to evaluate your current fitness level. Weekly training sessions will follow every Thursday at 5:30 PM at St. James Park. Registration is $120 - Dont miss this chance to train with one of the best!
