Join us for our Weekly Tempo Tuesdays!
Meet at Confluence Park at 6 am as we run the Mayors Loop (5 miles).
Feel free to arrive at 5:45 am for a group warm up, or start your first mile at 6 am as your warmup before settling into tempo effort.
A tempo run is a steady run at a comfortably hard pace — faster than easy running but not all-out. You should feel challenged yet in control, able to speak in short phrases but not full conversations. Tempo runs help build endurance, strength, and efficiency over time.
All paces welcome. Come solo or bring a friend and train with us this Tuesday!
